Hi LTs girl,
I have set a sprint tri as my goal!
I would love it if you shared your training experience as well.
Good luck.

I'm just bumping the 170s to the first page. :) I've got a few more pounds to be out of the 170's and I need this thread!
Hope everyone had a great weekend!!

Hi GlamourGirl, I also have a few more pounds to lose be be out of the 170 class. Hopefully we'll be seeing each other in the 160 group soon!

As of this morning it's 178 lbs...hopefully I will not hang around the 170's for very long. I'm hoping it won't take longer than 6 weeks to get out of here. So far I'm pretty consistently losing 2 lbs a week but things like mother natures monthly visit and stress impact it at times. Here's hoping I'll be in the 160's soon!!!

Still in the 170's but I'm almost out of them (at least I hope so). Today I weighed in at 173.6 lbs! 160's are just right around the corner!!!

kleemandy 05-18-2011 12:42 PM

I weighed in at 170.6 this morning. I am still in shock that I lost 30lbs. I had to go out and get more work out clothes since the old ones were floating on me. My present to myself is getting my hair highlighted. On to the 160's. Wooohooooo!!

I'm still steadily losing weight but I'm still not out of the dreaded 170's. As of this morning....171.8 lbs.

Just into the 170s today... 179.3 lbs. :)

HI There! I am right smack in the 170's. What plan is everyone using for their weightlss?

HMM3 05-21-2011 05:55 PM

I think I'm 172 pounds (78 kgs) .....

My plan is very loose ... eat less junk, smaller portions, more lean protein and more fruit and veges .... I don't have a clue how many calories I eat ...

I'm also exercising ... jogging, elliptical etc ... plus weight training ...

What's your plan Staceygee? .... (wow congratulations on your weightloss) ...:carrot::carrot::carrot:

I haven't tried one of these "get out of" threads before, so I figured I'd poke my head in here and give it a shot. I'm currently in the middle, almost literally, and really want to be out of them soon.

I've taken ideas from everywhere... that's why I ask... I am always looking for something else! I eat 1200-1500 calories usually and try to keep carbs under 100Net grams. I exercise a lot and lift weights and spin.

I am up a little today b/c I over-indulged at a party Saturday night. Hopefully it'll come off quicikly!

So I first started at 177 on May 3rd and I weighed in last week at 170. But then mother nature calling me and I got my lovely AF. So I have been feeling nothing but crappy. I havent been to the gym since friday since the weekend is my off day. I feel like a cow. I feel like maybe with my AF I have gained weight. Has this happened to any of you.

lad143 05-23-2011 12:42 PM

Joining this thread today. Weigh-in was 179.0. I used the 180's thread to keep me accountable and help to accelerate me out of the 180's. Hoping to do the same here. Come on 160's!!!

Ferumbras 05-23-2011 12:43 PM

I've been stuck around 176.4-177 for almost a week now. Really itching to see the end of the 170s...
