Hello everyone!!
I had a busy weekend, no time for the internet **shock** plus I haven't gotten my poor laptop back from getting it's new hard drive yet.

I'm down a lb this morning!! I have a mini goal of making it to 185 by the end of May too so I'm well on my way, 190 was on my scale this morning!

My spin bike gets delivered today! However I wont use it today - I'm going to the Pearl Jam concert tonight!! My favorite band of all time :-)

mel- man you are stressed about this, 4 am? Why are you stressing though? Don't you realize what you've accomplished already? You will lose more weight! Keep reminding yourself that.

mollz- I hope you find out what's going on with your health. Doctors can be so frustrating sometimes.

mcommy- don't worry about this weekend. What's done is done. Keep going girl. We are going to have a good month!

bigknitter-love your determination! Go girl! Don't let set backs get you down.

Jenn- you're kicking butt girl!

Lola- Congrats on the bike! I love pearl jam too! I didn't know they were still together.

Well I'm still pumped! Great results last week, I'm hoping to go down a size by the end of the month.

Morning chicks!

Its been **** here because guess what today is? Dentist day!

ARG! I HATE having my teeth cleaned! I have gum disease and they always throb for the whole day.

Scale was being weird today. I guess the veggie soup I had yesterday was too high in sodium, because my scale want me to believe I gained 2 lbs yesterday. WHAT! I don't think so! Pushing through that and we'll see what it has to say tomorrow.

Violin Jenn NICE JOB On the 8 lbs! Very cool!

MCMommy Throw those party leftovers out and jump on that treadmill! You can do this!!

Mollz Good lord. Those doctors have you running in circles huh? I hope they get it sorted out soon!

MelO No cheeseburger!!!

You are doing just fine. Tweak those calories a bit up. But don't feel so down! We're all here for you to lean on us, when the load gets too heavy! Now hand some of that to me... and lets keep moving!

Bigknitter Good for you for getting back on track! You can do this!

Lola Dark I am JEALOUS! One of my current faves on the radio is Breathe. Lucky duck! Have fun!

Caro0811 With your determination you WILL be down that size this month! You rock!

Pearl Jam was awesome!! (Yes they are still together I thought that comment was funny, LOL) They put on a really great show!!

I'm down a little more this morning!! I'm very excited to use my new spin bike today!! I have to go it alone though because my videos have not arrived yet!

I noticed since I started taking the wellbutrin my stomach pain has gone down some, I bet that means I have an ulcer for sure! Many, medicine is like putting together a mystery!

Hope everyone has a great Cinco de Mayo!

Mel-The headaches, dizzyness and etc are things I've experienced in the past, I then passed out at work. According to the EMTs my blood pressure dropped and the rest of me soon followed. PLEASE take care of yourself!! I under stand how scary the thought of cutting back on exercise and adding calories is, strange as it is. For me, when I get like that it's laser like focus that nothing can break, almost OCD like. I'll get there or die trying kinda thing. I learned that over my crash and burn recently. Now, I work out 30min weekdays, 60-90weekends with increased cals on weekends. Stressing out about it is not helping either. I freak out about adding more cals, because I seem to have developed a fear of food, strange for someone who was once 260lbs. But I talked myself into healthy natural foods are okay. What about adding almonds 160cals approx for 1oz, or a Luna bar(70% organic, tastes de-lish especially the S'mores, Lemon Zest and Blueberry Bliss, 180/bar. Luna also makes mini's 80 cals each.) What about a protein shake. I use Jillian's brand, 100cal/scoop 15from fat,3g sugar and 15g protein. All natural whey. No crap, not overloaded with sugar.

Adding more cals may get you moving again.

The stupid scale went up (AGAIN) today.... I know it's my own fault. My DH wanted chinese food for dinner last night and instead of staying OP I opted to have some fried rice and chop suey....at least I avoided the Dry garlic pork and deep fried wontons this time...didn't even break into the honey garlic pork....I suppose that's an accomplishment in itself! I think the scale was up due to the added salt that was in the food...at least I'm hoping so anyways...I'll know for sure on Friday when I weigh in again!

Now that DH is back to work out of town I can maintain my OP status....the kids are totally fine with it (which is great for me!) As long as I still keep cooking them what they like (with some healthy changes that they don't even notice!) they are cool with it!

Anyways there's my vent for this morning...onwards and upwards!

McMommy: It'll be the salt in the food. Lately, the Chinese I've been eating has been absolute crap. When DH suggests it, I get it for him and fix my own dinner. I'm just getting squicked out by the gooey sauce. I like the Noodle Canteen here because there's barely any sauce, yet the noodles are still moist and flavourful.

Mel: PLEASE take care of yourself!! I'm getting worried about you and when I get worried, I get clucky, like a mother hen. Don't make me go all Mamma on your butt.

Well, my granddad's in hospital with his dodgy ticker again; I'm wondering if he's going to make it to November. If you pray, meditate or send out some good vibes, it would be appreciated.

Heading out to the gym now; I'm working later in the morning, so it's nice to have a sleep in and a later start to the gym.

Last nights Criminal Minds was sooo awesome! Dr. Reid to the rescue! He was just brilliant as always! I think I may have to adopt Mollz Criminal Minds and ice cream idea. A girl needs something to cool her off while where Dr. Reid is involved!

lol Jenn. Did the beginning of the show look weird to you? There was a scene where the cops were driving up a dirt road to where that guy was. The quality of picture was like a pirated movie. Then it cleared up. That episode WAS good. I thought of you guys when Reid had such a big part. Oh to be that smart...

Ya'll don't worry about me. I'm sure that it's either allergies or low calories making me woozy. The allergies are supposed to be the worst in 30 years here in AZ. Lots of rain in the winter means lots of weeds. Now lots of wind stirring everything up.

Mollz, *hugs*. I will pray for your grandad.

Lola, very cool about your spin bike! I'm glad that your new med is helping your stomach.

Parked, awww! That was sweet about the leaning on ya'll! They always have to do a deep cleaning on my teeth because I never floss. It's awful. I ahven't gone in 4 years.

Caro, I go to the gym at 1 am. By the time I workout, come home, shower, read my bible (only quiet time) and check the boards/email/Facebook it is about 4 am. You're kicking butt, btw.

Hey chicks.

Still pouting over here, scale moving slow, despite my efforts. Have been lurking and checking in on you all. :hugs:

Just don't have much to say. Getting my hair cut and highlighted tomorrow. Very short - drastic change. Had planned to grow my hair til I reach my goal. BUT - it's starting to feel like I'm punishing myself for not getting there soon because I hate how it is right now.

Celebrating making it half-way, anyhow.

As long as the scale is moving in the right direction! And you're right! Celebrate the little victories as well as the big ones. And always find something to celebrate, whether it's an awesomely fantastic hot shower, a sweet cuddle from DH, DD or DS or a 1/2 pound movement on the scale.

Here, here! I agree we need little celebrations to keep us motivated. When I look in the mirror and see my flaws, I don't remember what I used to look like. That tends to bring me down because I'm not where I want to be. So I go into my closet and start trying on clothes. When my smaller clothes are suddenly fitting me, it's a great pick me up! It helps to look at the bigger clothes to see how far you've come too.

I have been missing for a bit again but this time it is not from being depressed. I have had lots of running around to do the past few days and helping out at the daycare next door.

We got 5 chickens Sunday night so I have been busy with them situating their coop, collecting eggs each morning ( I just love this part!) chasing them in the yard because they got loose a couple of times lol

I gave blood Tuesday and that set me back a bit I think because my iron level just barely passed for them to allow me to donate and I seem to be sensitive to donating because each time I have I have been dizzy for a couple days after.

Then Wednesday I had my last wisdom tooth removed and it is still hurting a bit today.

Anyways...I managed to get in a 3 mile walk today aaaand I picked some Lilacs so my house smells wonderful!!!

Mollz~ I and sending tons of positive vibes to your grandad!

Jenn - I'm a big Criminal Minds and Dr Reid fan too!! I follow that actor on Twitter even! LOL

My stomach has been acting up big time, guess that medicine only helped a little. Saw the specialist today but all they did was set up an upper endoscopy for JUNE FIRST - UGH!!!! Guess I'll just stay sick until then....*pout*

Didn't feel like getting on the scale today - maybe tomorrow! LOL
