last week 315.8/-6(yup that is a whole number)/now 309.8

The last time I weighed under 310 was the summer of 1994--a very clear image in my head from a doctors appointment--so I am doing the happy dance

Want2run, omg, girl!!!! Lowest weight in almost 16 years. Nice!!!! Woot!

I haven't heard from BeachB yet today. I will edit this when I do.

BeachB was 200 minus 1 now 199!!!!!! YAY!!
MelO was 195 minus 1 now 194.

Do any of you who are new to Onederland say or type a "2" first still out of habit? I almost posted my weight as 204.

She is at 248 (sorry, I've lost track of what that is relative to her prior weight)

Alright ladies! We're doing so well! A hearty :congrats: to everyone who has been participating and has seen the scale move in the right direction (or the down direction!). You guys are the greatest and most inspirational women around. Thank you all SO much for helping pick me up when I needed it. Even the most optimistic of us ends up a little down sometimes.

I sent my weight to MP, but I was happy to see my weight go down by just over 1/2 pound this week. YAY! I finally moved that ba$tard ticker this morning. Now... I'm 1kg (2.2 pounds) away from goal 1!

Is anyone else keen to start a new BL 12-week challenge after this one is over? I'm LOVING the weekly accountability and will be joining the daily accountability threat that bigknitter's started as well as posting my daily minutes of exercise. I've lost more weight in 12 weeks than I had in all of last year. Who's with me? You ladies ready to start the challenge again?

After 1 week with almost no exercise, I'll definitely take 1 pound! (Actually the loss might be from the previous week, since I forgot to weigh in before I left town...and my scale.) But holding is great too, for the aforementioned reasons.
