My current weight SAYS 185 but I was seriously 185 for 1 freakin day!!!! I keep yo-yoing from 187-191 - I freakin hate it!

3 more lbs and I will be a regular on this board! Maybe my ticker will be back then just in time to start a new one! My next mini-goal, though is 175. I am breaking it into 25lb chunks. Sooooo close to 25% there! I can do this 3 more times. Easy peasy! LOL!

I haven't weighed myself since Sunday....but today I went to Goodwill (I've given up buying new clothes since Christmas, those clothes are falling off me again (14s). I bought a 12 jacket, a casual blazer, a pair of 12 jeans, and a pair of 10 (TEN!) Liz Claiborne Jeans. I'm just a little thrilled. :)

Lights, is that 5k here in AZ? I am on week 9 day 2 of c25k. I haven't set a 5k goal yet. My legs are so short that I only run at a 4.2. Even runnning for 30 minutes is only a little over 2 miles. I am going to keep lengthening my time by 3 minutes every week until I do the whole 5k. Are you in one of the valleys?

187 for me this morning. I've not been getting my 5 days of exercise in - only 3-4. Sick kids are wearing me OUT. Scale's still going down, down, down. Slow and steady wins the race!

My weight is still up today, but a pair of jeans that did NOT fit a pound and a half ago fit today quite easily. So who the heck knows? In any case, I'm in a far better mood today.

My official WW weight last night was 195.6, so I am 2.2 pounds closer to the goal! My next mini-goal is to lose 4 pounds by next weigh-in, because I turn 35 that day. That would make my loss 35 pounds by the time I turn 35. I realize it's unrealistic, but there is something so poetic about it that I have to go for it.

Amy, set your goals high, but don't be disappointed if you don't make them, any weight loss is a success!

*sob* What is up with my stupid weight? I work out harder than anyone I know. My diet isn't perfect but it is always within a couple hundred calories of 1400. I haven't got a clue. If it doesn't strat moving soon I am going to do something drastic.

cutting something off won't help. :) Can you try journaling your food? Sometimes we eat things that we don't realize...
