Changing weigh in days....

So here I am I have decided to change my weigh in days from SATURDAYS to WEDNESDAYS.... What do you think? Is it ok if I changed it? I weighed myself after I did my 60 minutes of walking and from saturday I have lost 2.4 pounds which i think is AWESOME... I am going to try it for awhile and see how it goes. You never know I might go back to saturdays but right now I am good with this decision....

I'm thinking of switching too. right now it's Sundays and it's killing me. I have no wiggle room and I just can't enjoy the weekend. i feel like if I have a low weight loss I'll be blaming that glass of wine from Saturday night. I was thinking maybe fridays so i could work away the sins of the weekend. But maybe this is a bad approach...at least with Sunday weigh ins I have to be completely on plan everyday.

In my experience I did not fair well with wiggle room. My weigh in day was Thursday. So on Friday, Saturday and Sunday I would eat too much thinking I could undo the weekend on Mon, Tues and Weds. Did not work out good for me. I have had to learn how to eat normally ALL week long and work those extras into my plan. I weigh in on Mondays now, that leaves no wiggle room.

I weigh on Mondays as well for the same reason as Squeak. I actually weigh every day to stay accountable. BUT the Monday weight is the one that "goes on my permanent record". ;)

Wiggle room is what got me jiggly. No use for it. If I can't "enjoy the weekend" without cheating on my diet, then I have more going on than a weight problem. Wait...I DO have more going on...that's WHY I have a weight problem.
