Week 3 Results
Do we all need a pep talk or what?!
Collectively, out of the 27 people that weighed in (10 people are MIA) we lost: 1.3lbs Hmmm... :eek: :stress: :censored: :no: At least we KNOW we can do better next week! Okay, to answer some pending questions, here are my ideas going forward: 1. Next week Monday is on February 1st. We will STILL WEIGH IN ON MONDAY for consistency's sake. 2. After everyone weighs in, I will post January's collective results. Teams and individual progress will be posted in order of percentage lost. 3. A new weigh in thread will be started for February. We will continue for a 12 week period. Any suggestions will be graciously appreciated. I think it's been going pretty well so far - as far as the reporting and recording goes. :hug: Andrea |

Cmon' Chicks! :carrot: Let's do this! :carrot: So many of us have already lost so much already. We know it's possible. We know how to do this. Why are we not doing it?? :?: I saw on the 300lb board that they post and tally exercise minutes. :ebike: Maybe we should do that, too? I am not sure that it would need to be incorporated into the BL challenge, but it might help for some accountability? I want this. I want all of the things that come with weight loss success. And I want it for all of you, too! :hug: Maybe we should spend some time thinking about why we are in this battle in the first place? Why do you want to lose weight? I think we already have a thread for that? Let's use it! |

Week 4 and the final week in January! Many seemed to find TOM visit already this past week so no excuses, yeah? Let's KICK SOME BOOTY right off.... :)

Pixie, you're cool. Thanks so much for all the time you spend putting things together. Seriously, these boards run through my head all the time. Those Monday weigh-ins have kept me accountable numerous times. You kind of rock. :) OK, You really rock.

Ok...this week will be my TOM...but I will promise this. I will make it to the gym this weekend!!! I will start walking at least 3 miles each night.
I have to do this for myself & my daughter. She is 7.5 y/o and weighs 88 lbs. (I started a thread about this a month ago) We are going to be more active together!!! I can only control OUR world. |
