3rd weigh in...
 
Well last week when I weighed in I lost .4 of a pound and this week I gained .2 of a pound.. Grrrr. I know it is not that much but still it is a gain. This week I am really going to watch what goes in my mouth and stay on the exercising train.... Next weigh in will be better....:D

I hear ya...I slacked off the exercise this week and was up 0.4 pounds....This week, mega workouts! (Insert scary buff man growl here...:))

For me...

I have to record every single solitary morsel that passes my lips. I use a website called fatsecret.com - I like the food tracking area better than some others.

I track all calories too- I can't believe how much it helps me to learn how much of what I should be eating! If I don't pay attention, I don't lose, ever... I feel your pain but there is always a new week that follows the last so I bet you'll kick butt this week! :)

Rachael lost weight again! YEA!!!

Rachael weighs 196.9, so she lost .9 lbs.

I lost weight, too! Yea!!! I'm 213, so I lost 1 lb.

I hope it's not too late to post. I've been busy and haven't had a chance to visit 3FC this week. My weigh in was 176.4 - a 1.6 lb GAIN - ugggggggghhhhhhhhhh!! I'm blaming it on TOM because I am back down. Oh well. I'll keep doing the best I can.
