Big Victory! I passed my PT test!
 

Hey everyone!

I just took my fitness test (that I needed to pass to not get kicked out of the AF). I needed a 75 to pass (last test was 65), and I got an 81.5! :carrot: :carrot: :carrot: :carrot: :carrot:

In three months, I've lost 15 pounds, lost 2.5 inches in my waist, and decreased my 1.5 mile run time by 48 seconds! (This increased my score by 16.5 points!)

Now that the test is past, I can continue on my weight loss journey for me, not because of outside pressures.

I just wanted to stop for a moment and be happy about this goal and to really thank everyone for all the encouagement over the last 3 months...I can't tell you how much it's helped not to be in this alone. You all are the best! :grouphug:

Grats! Those PT tests can be pretty tough (I asked my ex-Army spouse what they involved - I'm sweating just thinking about it!)
