I have been on the South Beach diet for about 7 days now in Phase1. It actually has not been hard for me. I was very surprised. But I like all the foods in phase1.
I have 2 girls 3 and 13. Yes I know !!!! My weight has always been easy for me. But after my last daughter it has been extremely hard to take the weight off. When I had her I weighed like 178 and yes now I am at 145. But my normal weight has always been around 125-130. I eat healthy all the time and work out atleast 4-5 times a week. I have no thyroid problem. My body just dont want to take off those last 15 pounds and it is so darn frustrating.
But anyway enough about me. I hope to meet great new people on here.
