Well I weighed myself this morning after my walk. I was not very happy with the results but I can not be upset about it either. I did not gain any weight I only lost .4 pounds. I so know why I didnt lose as much as I wanted to cuz I ate to much of the turkey chili. I need to get myself back on track and measure who much I am taking in.
Tomorrow sunday my boyfriend is making lasagna for dinner. I so know I have to really watch myself and how much I take of that. I am prepared to have a salad first and once again start all over again. I am going to start to measure what I eat and try to keep track of the calorie intake too.
Hopefully there will be better results next saturday.
