Hi all,

First off -- Congrats to all the outstanding losses! Holy crap you guys! Are you cutting off limbs or something? Very impressive and very inspirational.

Second of all -- a public apology to shea 5, my dear partner. If this were the real show I think I'd sink us deep below the "yellow line" for sure. I knew that starting this BL challenge the week of my ski vacation with friends would be a disaster...but it is actually a 3.2 lb disaster! Way too much rich food, salty food, and drink. And then came home to TOM. So needless to say, a perfect storm of weight gain.

I thought about slinking off the challenge, but that's not what this is about, right? TFL remidns me to pick myself up, be accountable, and just get back on the wagon. Which I will do....

But watch out chickies, I'm counting on a TOM/salty food water gain loss next week!

I wieghed 175.8 this morning, I have to really kick it into gear this week. I haven't heard from my partner so I am not sure if she is in or not.
