Wow!!!! Great job everyone!!!! So happy for you!!!! I am still at 208/9 because I went off plan for my son's 1st birthday- we did Disneyland and then a party too. I am back to healthy eating and didn't lose a thing this week- but at least I didn't gain!!

Doubtful that I will lose 8 more pounds by the end of the year, but one can dream!

Onederland- I will get there soon!!! And then it will be on to 185! And then 165 and then 150. Finally back to wedding day weight! Maybe by our next anniversary!

Btw, has anyone else had the discouragement that no one is really noticing your weight loss? I have lost almost 30 pounds and only one person has said something! Does that mean that I am still so heavy that they can't tell? Or that they don't want me to stop losing yet? Or that they didn't know quite how big I was to start? Hmmm... The only person who has mentioned it was my brother's fiancé, who is kind of a b@tch! She actually said (and I quote): "Have you lost a little weight? Your face is much less round. You look.... better."

Wow! Talk about a back-handed compliment! She couldn't bring herself to say "you look good", because to her I am still the most disgusting and obese thing imaginable. (Just to give you some background info, she is 5'7" and weighs 95 lbs, no joke; she also put my 6'3" brother on a diet because he hit 200 pounds!!) YIKES! I know I shouldn't let her get to me, but geez! It is easy to just want to give up when someone says something like that (and when no one else says anything at all!) Ugh.

Thanks for letting me vent!!!!!!!!

Yeah, weebles, awesome job!! It seems like this thread is being revived by a new group of waiting for Onderlanders. What's up with the 185# thing? That is a goal of mine but for personal reasons. Is that the obese mark?

weebleswobble 02-09-2010 11:50 AM

yes, for 5'6", 185 is "just overweight" - LOL. :)

MelO 02-09-2010 07:20 PM

omg!!! That's cool! I can't weight to be just "over weight." :D

weebleswobble 02-09-2010 07:50 PM

I started a new thread for 185. :) I can't believe that 185 is only 13 pounds away. :)

Slimming 02-10-2010 01:24 AM

Let's revive this thread and get to Onederland. Anyone want to join me? ;)
