Well, the 20 something forum has a thread for specific goals...and I don't see any here. They skyrocket out of the goal forums--and I think maybe it IS BECAUSE THEY ARE YOUNGER and have more time and energy for exercise.
I am a goal oriented person. so if you are stuck in the 170s like me. come join me and share what you are doing to get out of DODGE!
I think everyone should start a "get out of the range I'm in thread" for motivation.
I am Jennifer. I am in my first year of Nursing School.Being an overachiever stresses me out more than anything. I eat more fatty, sugary things when stressed.
I got down to 170 lbs in September! Then I bounced 3 pounds up and 3 lbs down. I slacked off and gained back to 180 in no time-stress eating! Now I am back at 177. I want to get out of the 170s.
My main focus is my eating, yeah I know the importance of exercise. But my trouble is over eating.
So my goal is 1600 cs a day, and 10,000 steps on my pedometer a day.
