Wow! I couldn't be more excited!! My school-agers are going to my Mom's tonight to stay til Sunday afternoon. OMGoodness, ladies, we all need a break from each other, word. ;)

I decided to get up early and Shred this morning. I had been doing it during nap time, but just get to sweaty :o Unfortunately I had jello legs afterward and ran into the door frame in the hallway this morning, ouch!

Tomorrow, I go to pick up our bulk food order. I get about $300 worth of groceries for $120. It's no junk either - most of it is fresh (frozen) meats and veggies. You definitely have to cook to benefit from buying it this way. My husband always jokes that us "poor folk" even get to eat steaks because of it. ;) What a weirdo. www.angelfoodministries.com is the website if your interested.

Hey Mort! :carrot: Yipppee for a break from the kids! I honestly don't know how you do it. Having one nearly works me to death. My DD is 11. She is just the age to start with the smart mouth. Oh joy!

I have never bought from angel food ministries. My mom did a couple of times. I am very particular about what type of meat I get and worry it won't be the kind i would eat. I only buy organic chicken and we raise our own beef's.

I had intended on going home yesterday after work and taking a nap. Well, that didn't work out. My mom stayed with DD until I got home. I have been paying her to help me clean the house and do a little bit of work in the flower beds. She had the biggest mess all over the car port, sidewalk and the back patio. Took me until after 5 to get it all cleaned up. Apparently she talked my DH into getting a load of mulch and it was everywhere! I never did get that nap.

No plans this afternoon except finishing up that mulch and I really want to get into my scrapbook stuff. Now that it's getting cooler it's making me want to scrapbook.
