I am hanging in there - been neither too good nor too bad. Yesterday and today I am more on track. Am actually heading for the gym in a minute (1st exercise in weeks and weeks and weeks...).

Afraid of scale. Will wait till TOM is over.

Wednesday was weigh in and I lost 3 pounds! :) WOO HOO! Only 2.5 more to reach my goal for labor day! :)
