DogMom: :hug: I'm right there with you. We need to find something that will take our minds off of the cravings we get. Even if it's to have something small that will satisfy the "sweet" or "salty" tooth that we are having at the moment.
I am on a mission to find those things and usually for me, it's sweet! |
I have actually been trying to keep myself busy when I get home:
Prepping food for the next day Pre-making the girls lunches and storing them in the fridge Washing dishes Washing clothes going thru mail coming here! lol I have to admit it is working, by the time I am done, I am POOPED and ready for bed! |
I need to get ALL forms of processed sugar OUT of the house.
Even the ones I snuck in and said "well these aren't too bad" like cereals that are not junky/full of sugar, but not super healthy either. (My example: Peanut Butter cereal from whole foods that hardly has any fiber) |
We've been doing air-popped popcorn sprinkled with flavoring salts to curb our late night munchies. You can eat a fair volume of it without causing too much damage.
