Mornin' chickys!

I feel a tad better. I am down 3 of the 4 lbs that I gained last week. I have been concentrating on sticking to my diet plan, not exercising again yet, I have no energy but hope to start back by the end of this week.

DD is sick too and very whiny but whiny is not new there! lol

Not much planned this week. DD has a football game (away) tomorrow I may try to go to that.

squeak -- Congrats on the loss! And I'm glad that you're starting to feel a little bit better :)

Today is a fairly normal day, although it started a little earlier than usual! I had to drop off the dogs at the groomers so I shredded and walked earlier than usual. My parents are coming for a visit starting tomorrow so yesterday Mr. Rebound and I cleaned cleaned cleaned. All we have to do tonight is straighten up the family room, vacuum everywhere, and wipe down the kitchen.

Tonight is volleyball and leftover soup.

Nothing much exciting for my day today. Although my daughter took off swimming over the weekend!! it's such a huge accomplishment seeing that she was afraid of the water last summer to now swimming unassisted.

Not a lot to talk about as I am just moving around, about to go tackle laundry and house work. Up a pound but not sweating it as I think it's TOM soon. Well have a great day and remember one pound one day at a time.
