Egg (beaters) and (lowfat) cheese sandwich, on Wonder Light bread 1/2 grapefruit with a sprinkling of sugar Snack Granola bar Lunch Red beans and rice Snack Fudgecicle Dinner Hummus, feta, cucumber, and sprout pita sandwich Strawberry-banana smoothie Late night much Granola bar Exercise 45 minutes exercise bike 20 minutes stretching / weights Totals: 1521 calories, 19% fat, 15% protein, 66% carbs |
Monday, July 8th

Oatmeal Veggie breakfast patty 1/2 grapefruit and a sprinkling of sugar Lunch Lean Cuisine baked fish 1/2 cup peas Snack Pretzels (1 oz) Fun size 3 Musketeers bar Dinner Couscous & veggie stuffed tomato Greek salad Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich Totals: 1340 calories, 24% fat, 19% protein, 58% carbs. No exercise (slept in after a restless night instead) |

Hi Scuttle! You looked lonely. :) Now that I'm back from vacation and feeling better I'm going to try and get back to my journaling. The good news is that I didn't gain any weight the two weeks I was away.
WEDNESDAY EXERCISE: 60 min treadmill (4.16 miles) 10 min abs & stretches BREAKFAST: ff sf yogurt -2 banana -2 24 oz water LUNCH: turkey sandwich -4 cup of soup -2 plum -1 24 oz water DINNER: grapes -1 salad -2 baked potato -6 16 oz water frozen yogurt -4 24 pts |
THURSDAY
EXERCISE: 32 min elliptical (3 miles) 40 min weights 10 min abs & stretches BREAKFAST: 16 oz orange juice -4 banana -2 ff sf yogurt -2 24 oz water SNACK: bing cherries -1 LUNCH: turkey sandwich -4 cup of soup -2 peach -1 SNACK: popcorn -4 24 oz water DINNER: 3 soft tacos -13.5 diet coke -0 5 fig newtons -3 (??) 36.5 oops!! |
