Isn't it nice when someone notices?
 

At my karate lesson tonight my Sensei stopped me in the middle of a form to ask me if I had lost a lot of weight, like a really noticeable amount. So I got to brag that yes, since I started working with them back in December I have lost 30 pounds :D I know I'm doing it for me, but man it is nice when someone else notices and compliments me out of the blue!! Now I'm all pumped to go at it another day, and then some - I just had to share!
