Kimiko,
IT DOES FEEL GREAT!!! I was so psyched...after a 3 week stall, it is so mice to see the hard work rewarded!

I am totally with you on keeping it simple. I have NO TIME to make food with 10 ingredients or more every night. I own a small business, have the kid, hubs, fam and friends to juggle like everyone else. All the "packaged" food is horrible for you (thou we do have turkey tacos at least once a week- my daughter's fav). I think its really important to incorporate flavor with spices that you LOVE. I love rosemary, basil, parsley, red pepper flakes, lemon pepper, GAH-lic, ugh, too many. I just try to make my food taste good and have flavor so that I am not too deprived (cuz I could totally live on pizza). I also use that hungrygirl once and awhile. She has tons of great recipes that taste like the bad for you stuff with low fat low cal in mind. The best stuff I got from her were those laughing cow cheese wedges. I use them for mock alfredo, on crackers, on wraps, in my chicken cordon bleu. Love them!

You really do NOT wanna get bored or feel deprived. Read as many recipes on here or elsewhere and find flavors you love and incorporate them into the dishes that you are already making. One of my new flavs is that flax flatbread pizza. I put on pizza sauce, a ton of grilled mushrooms and a few chicken strips, red pepper, some reduced fat italian shredded cheese. After its baked, I throw on some arugula.Yum!

Well, I went out for drinks and dancing with another couple last night. Had a taco salad at this mexican place, a margarita, and at least 4 rum and diets. Coulda been better but had some fun! Didn't gain or lose. Got up and worked out so am on track for today (so far)
