Day 2 of working out, and I feel really good about it! For now I'm doing 30 minutes on the elliptical, 15 minutes on the bike, and a little bit of weight training. I think once I get into a good routine of actually getting to the gym 4 or 5 days a week, I might sign up for a couple of sessions with a personal trainer, so that I don't feel so lost when it comes to using the weight machines..
