I am also experiencing a lack of motivation. Everyday I wake up with all of these great intentions and then I make terrible food choices throughout the day. And then I start the cycle all over again. Today at work there were donuts out and I, of course, ate one. And then we went out to lunch and I ordered the fries and ate them all. I did have a good dinner tonight and ran for 30 minutes. It's not all bad, but I am not losing with these eating patterns. I guess I just have to keep trying until it happens.
Has anyone been watching Oprah lately? I saw just the last few minutes of today's show and she was discussing how she gained the weight back. She said she thought she had it under control and didn't need to worry about it anymore. I guess for some people it is a lifetime commitment. I am one of those people.
