another 30 something
Hey ladies, read some of the recent posts here in the 30 something category. I qualify for age and needing to lose weight so here I am. :lol: I woke up this morning and decided that I should do a little more about this weight thing than just complain to my husband, I'm sure he is sick of hearing about it! So after watching infomercials this morning I decided to find a website to chat on instead, get good advice and some support as well.

MJS - You responded to my first post in this group so I'll return the compliment. As you know, I'm new to the group and site but so far so great. I like to read what is helping other folks. It's really motivating. i'm also trying to figure out what exercise is right for me. The groups on videos and exercise equipment have been really helpful. Not to mention, just knowing others are dealing with the same "barriers or challenges" that I face as a full-time mother, wife, employee, daughter, friend .... in general, a thirty something woman!
