Hello, :wave:
I'm new to 3FC and looking over the threads. My name is Barbara and I'm 34 years old. I'm a single mom to a wonderful girl. I've been overweight most of my life. I'm having some health issues and want to get healthy for myself and my daughter. I went to a dietitian last week and she has me watching my carbs. So far it's going good. But it only day 3. I have lost 30 pounds since 2007, but the 10 pounds found it way back. I really am glad to have found this site. :)
