Joan you are always so good about getting going! I hear you on the big difference food makes and how it makes you feel, sugar makes me very tire.

Well I am not doing well at all, my body is all in pain, I can't even get out of bed and feel rested, it sucks! I have a lot to do around here today, I have to read a lot of paper work for DS we are applying for SSI for him and oh my G-d I can't believe all the stuff I need to get to them. all thought I understand why! so I got to just get it done.
I need to organize the office and the play room, my friend was here on Saturday and we were looking at my stash of yarn, I was going to give her some and oh my.... we were laughing at the amount of yarn I have, I have a small shop in here! :yikes:
I have to cook dinner for a family in the neighborhood that is having some health issues, I have not cooked for anyone in a while, I like helping people with a meal,I don't know them, I think they are new neighbors around the corner but I offered to cook one night for them, so I guess this afternoon m friend is coming over to either pick up the food or I will go with her and meet them, I don't know which. It is pretty hot so I am making a large salad with pecans, pears and avocado, I already defrosted the chicken and I am just going to grill it, I may even just bbq it outside, that sounds mmm... so of I do bbq then I can just roast some veggies with it, oh that would be yummy! I am going to do the same thing for my family sounds too good!!!

I have a question to ask you guys...
I keep getting an email from reunion.com they are telling me someone is looking for me, when I go on their site the want me to pay to find out who is looking for me... has anyone used this reunion site before?
why would I pay for someone to find me! I am not looking for them who ever them are!

Afternoon everyone!

Hanna, that is so funny, there are 3 people looking for me on reunion.com. LOL. They make it very tempting and I did find an old friend through classmates. Of course I've lost her again cause she's just one of those kind of gals. Take it easy, I think some of your neighbors should be making YOU dinner! You're way to sweet.

I had a Dentist appt this am, I was there for 2 hours and they didn't even have time to clean my teeth, so I have to go back for that. I think they just way over book themselves, which stinks for the patrons. Of course it ensures they still make $ if some don't show up.

Spencer goes to afterschool when I'm at work and he asked to go today. I am more than happy to let him. They help him with homework. I feel way to tired to help him with that.

Kudos to all doing good with their diet and exercise, please send some motivation my way. I might go to the gym before I pick him up, I am really enjoying the treadmill. I think it is much easier on me than the track I was walking on before.

Well, my girlfriend is OK because she and I have know each other since 1st grade... and we graduated together... but that's it! I don't wanna see nobody else!! LOL

hannah i bet its just a gimmick. Try setting up a facebook accout. I found a lot of old highschool friends that way...and its free. But my guess is if someone is looking for you...you shouldn't have to be the one to pay...sounds cheesy to me

Yep..things did settle down with SD and DH. The state is actually paying a "caregiver" to help me out 6 hours a day with her.She was only on the "List for services" for 12 years. Much nicer to have someone bring her to school and pick her up and be with her while I can grocery shop, health club etc. A big help this week with the schools still closed due to hurricane damage. It is a mess cuz the health club is closed too!:dizzy::dizzy:

Karen--yes..K started school!! Kindergarden and now this week a loose tooth..OMG she is growing up!!!:dizzy::dizzy:Way too fast for me!!!

I am not giving into it.
MY friend came over and picked up the food, I couldn't go along, I had to stay here and wait for DS to come home from school. That was just fine though!
We ate the same food here for dinner and it was very good!

So I revamped my gym routine a bit. I am breaking it up a tad and concentrating more on areas I neglected and lessening the ones I focused on for a while. We'll see what happens... Hopefully it'll all be good.

As for the Reunion.com site, I wouldn't pay to see who was looking for me. Um No Way. Uh Uh. I don't need to be reconnected with anyone from highschool or any one from then. Sounds like a scam to me. Just like the You are our 1,000 Visitor and you won a laptop... just....
