My folks were visiting last weekend and I ate too much while I was trying to be a good hostess... Boo. But I'm not taking it too seriously - I'll just keep going from here. Back to healthy life!

Cheryl - That is so weird about the blah's... I've felt that way since Sunday although today is a little better... Others on the thread are feeling the same way.

Erin - Remember the 3 iron up the butt thing I mentioned? You could have tried that. My husband used to do that to me too until he realized that his father was sabotaging him to make us fight. He doesn't do any of that now. One time when I was about 4 months pregnant with my seconf, we went out on my FIL's boat and he was driving very fast in choppy water. I aked him to slow down because the bumps were killing my belly. He didn't. Then when my husband took over driving, he wouldn't slow down either and I was in so much pain, I started to cry. DH got mad at me because he wanted to go fast and his dad was calling me a baby and he didn't stick up for me. I was sure I was going to have a miscarriage that day. Now when DH thinks about that day, he says he feels sick that he did what he did. He would never treat me or allow someone to treat me like that now. I think sometimes men do things like that to prove that they aren't whipped... even if they are... especially with their dads.

Asaan... really hoping your back feels better soon.

Thanks to those who gave me your calorie ranges... mine just seems so high! Don't get me wrong I can eat 2000 in one meal at McD's but not when I'm dieting! I don't even know what to add to my daily food to add up to that much. I'm full and not feeling deprived so I thought I was eating enough. I think I'll just keep on doing what I'm doing and see what happens over the next 2 weigh-ins before I make any changes.

Lauren I hear you on the coffee, I am big coffee drinker too, today I didn't make coffee because I got too busy and I felt it around 9:30 am I needed something, it was coffee!!!

Cheryl don't be to hard on yourself we all have our own pity patties every once and agin, LOL

Fergi it is hard to eat all the calories you need for the day when you set your mind to something, good luck! can you add some snacks to your routine, that will give you at least a couple hundred calories, I buy the 100 calorie snacks for DS, they are pretty good too!

Pam how do you do it? you have too much energy!

I left the house really early, DH asked me to get up with DS so he could stay in bed a little bit longer, I did get up DS and took him to camp we left the house at 7:45am cause I had to stop a the store and get him bottled water, I didn't get home till just not grrrr.... I am pretty exhausted, I am not cooking dinner tonight, we are going out, I am thinking sushi mmmm....

Hanna, and anyone else who wonders how I have so much energy to get up early......I go to bed by 9:30...10pm latest. It's easy for me cause DH gets up at 4:30 am so he's off to bed early too. by about 2 pm I'm getting a little tired. I wasn't always a morning person, I've learned to be since I've had kids. That's the only time I get alone. Even after they go to bed, either DH wants something (hehe) or the dog even wants to play. And we all need our "just me" time, kwim?

Just got back from the food store. Had to go tonight cause I didn't have time today. Gotta go put the food away & give Cady a bath.

Good Evening Ladies :comp:

Went to the gym today with the hubs. I worked my legs out to the max. I am feeling it. Not to mention my arms from yesterday. I don't mind the leg workout, but man the arms are my least fave- :sumo: So tonight I am going to laze around and watch me some tv.

LBH---- ACK!! That is a lot of coffeee. Shake, shake, shake girl. :dizzy: I am a two cupper but have been wanting to push it to three, just don't know if I'll get the shakes. Atleast you ate something, and was able to ward of the shakes- right.


mcmommy2---- Ah, there is my Vera Bradley Pal :hug: I am a newbie when it comes to scarfing on the deals of VB. I bought a Hobo in Petal Pink then two days later a Villager in Capri Melon. I am eyeing and am THISCLOSE to getting the large duffel in Pink Elephants. Wanting many more, but will setttle on getting one here and there. I found a great store that has them at great prices, so no more having to deal with being outbid on ebay. I've seen the new colors, and really like them. I think I may have to update my fall collection. A lady can never have to many purses and wallets... now can we? :D :carrot:

Hoping that everyone is falling out of the slump and starts tomorrow all refreshed. :flow2:

Well I am off to lounge and be lazy---I have a busy day tomorrow.
