I agree with you on the sparkpeople calorie counter. I'm addicted to it too. I'm finding myself getting addicted to the fitness counter too which is amazing for me.

thank you so much for all the birthday wishes, you are all so sweet!
I had a great day, it was very busy but filled w/joy!!!!
I went knittin today of course, and the ladies I knit w/every Friday had a little party for me, it was great.
I over eat today, and yesterday :yikes: I can't wait to get back into the routine next week.
