Hello! newbie alert!
 

I thought I would introduce myself. I am Nicci. I live in Sweden, land of thin, tall, females :shrug:

I feel it is finally time to do something about this. Aches and pains have gotten too much and my panic attacks at night have increased since gaining all this weight....about 80lbs in ~3 years.

So here I am, again for the 3rd year saying I will not go another summer overweight and unhappy. My parents are coming to visit me and I looked at my boyfriend and said "I refuse to go another summer fat and miserable and unable to do the summer fun things I see other people do." :D

It is time! Bring it on!!!!:carrot::carrot::carrot::carrot::carrot:
