Can an almost 30 join in?
 

Hi,

I have started back on this site as I restart my weight loss journey for the last time. I hope I can join in and get support and give support. I find reading boards to be very helpful.

I said almost 30 because my birthday is not till May.

I have a DS who is 3. He is an amazing little boy. He will also talk your ear off.

I teach an elementary program for kids who are emtionally disturbed. It is a pretty stressful job dealing with all of my students emtional issues. I find that I eat when I get stressed or emtional. Needless to say I have gained 30 lbs since I started teaching this class. I love my job but I have got to learn how to deal without eating.
