New to the site and looking forward to it!
Just found this site and so far, I'm loving it! I know all about healthy eating and exercise--I just don't always do it! I'm 33, have 2 kids, currently I am a full time mommy and homemaker. I'm looking for support instead of eating my way out of my closet, and hope to keep track of my thoughts, good and bad, by blogging (my very first experience with a blog :)). I'm a therapist by education, but I'm not currently employed so I shouldn't be too much of a drag (just kidding, sort of! ;)). Looking forward to the site!
