  • Rabbit, I hope you decide to join us! I left a note on the other thread. I usually try to have a few banked points at the end of the week (I said try, not succede )

    However, if you note, my weekly activity is - yup, you guessed it - 0! I think if you are active, you are perfectly justified in using up every single food point. Actually, I have a friend who consistently eats over, but earns lots of activity points and is doing great. Recommendation: Do whatever you can SUSTAIN over the long haul that makes those lbs melt away.
