GOAL 22-27 POINTS BREAKFAST oatmeal = 2 sugar = .5 berries = .5 1/2 raisin english muffin = 1 LUNCH salad = 0 parmesan = 2 pretzels = 4 nuts = 2 DINNER turkey tomato stew, 2 = 4 SNACK popcorn = 2 skinny cow = 2 DAILY TOTAL = 20 POINTS Banked = 7 Activity = 3 Milk = 1 Water = 10 Veggies = 6 Fruit = 1 (DAY ONE)WEEKLY POINTS BANKED = 7 WEEKLY ACTIVITY EARNED = 3 **actually a little low in points today, but went over last night, so I'm not concerned about it. Frankly wasn't hungry. |

GOAL 22-27 POINTS BREAKFAST oatmeal = 2 sugar = .5 berries = .5 raisin english muffin = 2 LUNCH salad = 0 parmesan = 2 SNACK tootsie pop, 2 = 2 cheerios = 2 DINNER spaghetti = 3 sauce = 3 corn = 2 grn beans = 2 (gave these points because of all the free veggies already had today) SNACK popcorn = 4 skinny cow = 2 DAILY TOTAL = 27 POINTS Banked = 0 Activity = 2 Milk = 1 Water = 10 Veggies = 8 Fruit = 1 WEEKLY POINTS BANKED = 7 WEEKLY ACTIVITY EARNED = 5 **got hungry midday, but make good snack choices. Really helps not having bad choices around!! Really liking the skinny cows again.:) |

Rabbit, I hope you decide to join us! I left a note on the other thread. I usually try to have a few banked points at the end of the week (I said try, not succede:D )
However, if you note, my weekly activity is - yup, you guessed it - 0! I think if you are active, you are perfectly justified in using up every single food point. Actually, I have a friend who consistently eats over, but earns lots of activity points and is doing great. Recommendation: Do whatever you can SUSTAIN over the long haul that makes those lbs melt away. |
