I've been reading some of your posts lately and I think I like it here1:). I am trying daily to change my life. I just need to get it together and quit giving into my tempations and find alternatives.
I have been a binge eater from the time I was a teen but it didn't catch up with me until after I had my kids. Exercise is the key for me and I have a very crazy schedule being a nurse, so being consistent is hard for me and this is what I need. That and some support! So here I am and here I go again.
So, is anyone welcome?:^:
