FRIDAY 1/18/02 GOAL 22-27 POINTS BREAKFAST oatmeal = 2 sugar = .5 mixed berries = .5 MIDMORNING kisses = 5 LUNCH salad = 0 parmesan = 2 MIDAFTERNOON crispy minis = 8 :( DINNER veggie chicken soup,2 = 4 ff crackers = 2 EVENING popcorn = 3 DAILY TOTAL = 27 Banked = 0 Activity = 3 Water = 10 Veggies = 8 Fruit = 1 WEEKLY POINTS BANKED = 0 WEEKLY ACTIVITY EARNED = 3 **bummed at myself for eating the whole bag of crispy minis. Guess I can't buy those. |

Eating lunch out made it really tough to stay within point range. Had too many points at lunch. Could have skipped the chocolate also. |

Made it today, but barely. |

Having a REAL rough time. Wanting chocolate - unfortunately had chocolate chips in the house - big mistake. |
