Banked = Weekly Bank = H20 = 3L Fruit = 2 Veggie = 4 Milk = 2 Alcohol = 0 Exercise = 60 min treadmill |
Feel free also to join the 'What I Ate - Week of <date>' thread that LBH starts. It's usually just the two of us journalling there, though LBH has been absent the past few days. LBH does points; I just record what I ate.
