I had my first clothes shopping trip today in almost 3 years. It was so nice to be able to shop in the normal section. I got two jackets and four shirts. Most of them were even mediums. It's first time in a very long time that I have actually enjoyed trying on clothes. I still have a long way to go, but this was a great motivator for my hard work. Go me!

Oh, and I bought all of the items as small as I could and still fit in them so that I would still be able to wear them as I get closer to my goal.
