I'm new here. I am a thirty-something wife and mom of three kids. I am looking for support as I try to lose weight and get healthy. From what I can tell this looks like a great place to find it. Can't wait to meet some of you and get acquainted.

I am also new here and only joined 3FC yesterday and it looks like a great site. I am a mother of 2 and I live in Australia and the summer months are the worst time to be overweight as it gets so hot. I would love to join in the chats and meet you all.

I just have to figure out how to set up the auto signature and photo thingie.

I too am new. Its been a long road but reallllllllly need some help to recommit to weight loss and a healthier life. I have done it before.. and I know i can do it again but definately need the help.
