Something I read last night said 1 c oatmeal = 2 ) sugar = .5 berries = .5 LUNCH salad = 0 parmesan = 2 hot choc pop = 1 SNACK pretzels = 4 DINNER turkey breast = 2 1/3 c corn = 1 baked potato = 3 SNACK popcorn = 4 friendship bread = 6 DAILY TOTAL = 26 POINTS Banked = 1 Activity = 3 Water = 10 Veggies = 6 Fruit = 1 WEEKLY POINTS BANKED = 1 WEEKLY ACTIVITY EARNED = 3 **pretty good day! Had a tough time after my salad - wanted sweets - the sucker helped. |

Banked = 0 Activity = 3 Milk = 2 Water = 10 Veggies = 4 Fruit = 2 WEEKLY POINTS BANKED = 6 WEEKLY ACTIVITY EARNED = 8 **today was hard because of that brunch! But I made it through. Fortunate that I don't make that very often.:) |

I make his favorites when he is here - and some are not the best calorie-wise. |

Good thing I don't keep bad stuff in the house, because honestly, last night I was looking for chocolate. |
