Red face New here, am I in the right place?

Hi there, I am a 30 something woman who needs to loose about 45 pounds....after baby #2 and #3 (I lost nothing between the two)
Is this where I should be?
I am also nursing my baby #3 she is 3 months old and I plan to nurse for 12 months. I have had trouble trying to lose weight in the past while I was nursing but I am really trying to change that. The problem is I really love to eat all the time!!!!
Ok, so here I am
I am going to try to follow Weight Watchers I think, Unless I get better advise from someone here. What have you had the best success with?
thanks all

Hi Minnesotawife!! You are most definitely in the right place! Hop on over to the "Daily Chat" thread, that's where we do most of our chatting!

Welcome!
I nursed all 4 of my kids and never lost any of the weight my midwife swore I would while nursing! HAHA.
I found that if you drink lots of water while nursing and munch all day on good stuff like raisins, carrots, nuts ect.. your milk production is a lot better and you are less hungry (and zapped out) .

I gained OVER 100 pounds and kept it all on since my first one was born. I am down 24 pounds in 2 months just eating less and walking a mile a day every single day.

Good Luck!
