HANNA~I feel you about the CA housing I bought mine in decmeber 2006 for 484,000 and homes around me are selling for 430, it sucks

Michelle...........Your house payment has to be huge too. Guys I am not saying anything to be mean but How can you afford to live there? I am not sure what your homes look like but there is a home here for 355,000 and it is 3 car garage a doctors house fancy fancy. Your wages out there must be alot higher.

It's Official!! I'm Broke!!! :rofl: Everything...thankfully...went smoothly today. The only glitch was that nobody told us we needed a bank/certified check, so DH had to walk a 1/2 mile down the road from the att'y. office to get a check from the bank. OK, that wasn't the only glitch. The funny thing that happened was, nobody had KEYS!! :thud: The seller's agent opened the door for us this AM to do the walk-through, then waited outside. When we left, our agent locked the doors behind us. We didn't realize that the seller's agent left the keys on the kitchen counter for us, along with a whole mess of other keys that the sellers left! So I had to call a locksmith to come and pick the lock. She said she'd pay for the key...I think she and my agent are gonna split it. $95. later, we got in.

So we opened all the windows and started fumagating the place. My mom was almost physically ill from the stink (smokers), and ended up sitting on the deck for quite awhile. Didn't get a whole lot done, spent most of the time spraying the carpet with Febreze stuff and Neutra-Air. I did get some of the wall paper off the kitchen walls though.

Anyway, that's all for tonight. I'll try and check in tomorrow.

Geez Lauren what a day your whole family has had. Glad you finally got into your new house. Hope things go smoothly with your clean up of it and moving in.

Have had a nice enjoyable evening to myself. Looking forward to going to bed shortly in the kids room. Just to see what my dh says when he gets home. Think I might say something like well you know I needed my rest since I have that big inservice tomorrow at school about the new technology at my school. See how he likes it! Hope he really begs for my forgiveness. Wonder what he would think if I happened to mention to our friends and family that he kicked me out of the bedroom last night so he could get his sleep. I bet he would be really embarassed by the comments they made to him.

hey all..just a quick hi. thanks all for my bday wishes...to answer those that asked..i'm 34 today. My day was ehhh...i worked with a fill in dr (since the other 2 normsal were out of town)...she had a nice personality when we talked about things other than work...but she kept stressing me out...critisizing every thing i did...even at times made me feel like i didn't know what the **** i was doing...so by 7pm i was ready to leave. I texted dh told him i was on the way home and had a crappy work day....and guess what...a yummie margarita was waiting for me...then we went to bahama breeze for dinner..i was slightly bad for my bday..but somewhat good. DH and i split the paella dish and split a dessert...i really wanted their tostones appetizer (i love it soo much) but knew it was too much food. It was a nice din. Now off to hopefully get some bday sex LMAO...sorry TMI!!!!!! i'm off tomorrow so i'll have more time to respond to everyone! see ya tomorrow....btw...we're getting a/c tomorrow YAY!!!!!

Sheila we live in a very nice part of town, but no ocean view, those are the prices for homes in California it is crazy, I personally don't think a lot of the homes are worth what they cost. We live in a comunity with a lake and very nice trails. No DH is not a Dr. he sells cars.

Lauren congratulations on the house!!!! good luck w/all the keys! when we got the keys to our place we re keyed everything and we actually got my in laws house key and had Lowes re key our new locks to match their key, DH's dad comes here often to help w/Sean and I can't tell you how many times we had given him a key to our house and he would loss it, so now he can't loss it, their keys open my house and my key for my house opens their house, which I really like since they are older, they are 81 yrs old and if I have to go check on mom or something I don't have to have her or him get up to open the door.

Dh just got home, he left at 7 am too and he just got home it is almost 8 PM he had a really long day.
I cooked one of the meals I prepared at dream dinners I made chicken Kung Pao and it is really good, Sean loved it. I think I am going to have to buy their book.

I dont' know what happened my message posted before I was done!

Not that my advise is for everyone but you know when the husband comes home your in a little black number he has had a few beers and you might have the night light on or candle, is he ever going to feel like a major DORK! I am suprised he went out tonight. I hope your headache leaves it is probably lack of sleep and stress drink some water take a tylenol pm and call it a night. Or try some lavender oil, that works great for us.

Hannah: Do you live in LA? Not that I am being nosey but I am sure it is nice with having some of the best medical people there in the world. Hope things get better, Your an awesome mom. We are coming out there the first of June next year. Daughter wants to do Disney land and Universal studios again and sea world.

Kerry- What your DH did was pretty bone headed and shelfish. You have every right to be upset just becareful. Just seen things like this get outta hand fast and everyone gets hurt and everyone loose.

Me I don't know where I'm at I'm just pushing on. Everyday seems like a fight but I don't know for what or why. I haven't figure out whats worse the not trying or the rejection even when I pull forth 100%.

Big John: I agree with you to a point on that one but it does make your honey think before they kick you out of their bed again. No harm just a little honeydo lesson.
