Default Labor Day Weight Loss Goal!

I lost to my goal for the 4th of July!

Picking a day for a small goal really does help! The next major holiday in the US is labor day. So I wanted to be the one to start the thread. As of today 6-29-07, Labor day is 9 mondays away! Who is with me?

My goal is to loose 18 pounds by then. That is a healthy 2lbs a week.

Hi, Lendingheart...

Just recently joined the board and started back with WW. I'll join you in the Labor Day goal. I think mine will be 18 lbs., since I will probably lose more than 2 lbs. weekly in the beginning (fingers crossed!!). Weigh in is Tuesdays and this past week was 3 lbs. (which I'm not including in the 18). Talk to you later....

I'd like to lose 15 pounds by then. Starting weight at 272 - I plan to be 257 by Labor Day. I've been kind of stalled this week, maybe this will get me back on track.
