Hi ladies! My labor day goal is to be 232... I should be down to 250 by my weigh in this week (crossing fingers), so that would be 2lbs a week.

I'm new as of today. I am starting WW tomorrow but as of my doctor visit last week I was 194. I would like to lose 15 pounds by Labor Day which would take me down to 179.

I don't think I succeeded with a 4th of July loss. I should've brought that scale along like I joked I would! I had headed off to vacation at around 202, which would be a 7 lb loss from where I started here. I came home from vacation around 205. Not horrible, but still, I gained!

But I'll try to set a Labor Day goal of...15 lbs, I guess. Hopefully I'll be able to stay on plan and get there!

I'll actually have to edit my ticker this evening. I'm going to go by my official weigh in at WW this evening. I weighed last night at the gym and I was at 197. But since I'm going to start WW I'm going to go by tonight's weight.

I am so excited and so excited to be around such a supportive group.

Good News! I lost another pound. So far that means 3 pounds lost towards my 15 pound goal!! yeah!

Ok folks - I'm back from my vacation and happy to say I haven't gained any weight. I am ready and would love to join in to the labour day challenge. I wanna commit to 15 lbs too... I am gonna do it. See you all happy and thin at the finish line.

I struggled for a week and the scale moved up and down 2 pounds... i was spotting... my period is all messed up!

Well yesturday i was running to the bathroom a lot... i thought... tomarrow the scale will move! Water weight! .... YEPPERS... Down 2 lbs!

I didnt exersice any at all this week... outside of regular activites but still kept the cals low.... i was so tired feeling.. pmsing.

i got my new abs & lower body of steel video in the mail... im going to try it tonight!

Thumbs up I'm up for a challenge!

I thought I already posted here but guess not. Anyway, I'm definitely in--what a great idea! My goal is going to be 10 lbs which will put me at 169. I would just about kiss the ground to the "sixties" again so I'm definitely feeling motivated.

We can do this!

Here's my goal:
current weight: 179.5
labor day goal: 169
long term: 135

I just realized if i loose the amount i want by Sep 3, i will be 1 pound shy of being half way to goal then....

humm... when i weighed sunday i wasnt where i should have been... it was 3 days later it showed a loss... could have been water!?

Just one pound more!?

hi thunderbegone! Of course you can join in! we just report in on this thread whenever we've lost another pound or two towards our Labor Day Mini-goal. We will have one for each holiday to keep us focused on the short term and not the overwhelming LONG term! welcome!!
