A 30 something newbie

Hey there all

Just found this forum on the net and thought it looked like a start community. I recommitted to WW meetings today. About 3 years ago, I was in my brother's wedding and finally saw the pictures. Man, I have no idea who that woman was in the pictures, but I swear it could not have been me!

So the next day I signed up for WW, and did well. Lost 50 pounds for my wedding. Needless to say, as soon as I was married, I decided I did not want to watch eating and gained it all back (not easy living in a house with a skinny man who burns calories before he eats them)

So, here i am .... treat me nice :smug:

Hi Crimson Clover!
I promise to treat you nice!! :)
I think you will find a lot of us here have gained and lost large amounts of weight before-I know I have unfortunately numerous times!!
Just wanted to say welcome and also join us at the Memorial Day Weight Loss Thread-only 5 weeks tommorow until the kick off of summer!! pick a small goal (say 10 pounds) and keep posting along the way each pound lost. I think it keeps us focused on small goals and not the BIG picture!!
take care~
Laura
