hey all..WOW its great to see so many posting. I have 10 minutes till my kitty that has an abcess is ready so i though i'd say hi...but man...i don't think i can respond to everyone...so i'm just going to wave hi to all...and BTW..i think the broccoli is my new fav character...he's very funny...even though i HATE eating it. HI ALL..catch up this weekend...i have dinner plans tonight. Ate very low cal in plan for a wine and cheese party..have a feeling it could be bad. Oh yea at lunch i was craving my fav lunch joint (yummie fattening cheeseburger) even though i brought lunch..well i then realized my wallet was at home..hmmm i'd say that was fate telling me to be good today lol..
YIPPEE!!!!!!....i ate all day long...well not all day...everytime my alarm went off....i am so pleased with myself....i had a protein shake, celery, soup, grapes, banana and a salad....i have the rest of the night but i am doing well today...i am happy...and of course all my water!...thanks everyone for all your help
