hey fitter...fyi...if your ipod is still locked up...got to the apple/ipod website...it shows you how to unlock you pod...occasionally they do that...its the only thing i hate about them. But god do i love my ipod..have several different files..one specifically for working out with lots of high paced music. anyways...survived and now off to bed. god i'm beat. I will try to get up to work out again...but we'll see how well that goes. night all
