Welcome Kerri!

So glad that you'll be joining us. Great, supportive group here! I just recently joined and everyone is super encouraging. Love those little dancing carrots:-).

I ate too many pieces of chocolate this afternoon. I bought some foil wrapped chocolate Easter eggs "for the kids." Yeah... I've popped one too many in my mouth today. Took a 1 mile walk after dinner (plus my morning exercise ~ woo hoo!) so I do feel really good about that. Feels good to be moving again w/o huffing and puffing.

irish...well at least you got moving. Today i was op...and i even got my exercise in. I really was planning to go to the gym...but i was at work until 8pm...very long day. So when i got home, ate din, then ran a few errands...and just couldn't force myself to go do the eliptical...instead i took my dog on a 40 minute high power walk...trust me..my 75lb mutt doesn't know the definition of slow...she's a bit ADHD like her owner LMAO. We'll see if staying op sun - tue helped me out...tomorrow is WI
