HI, I"m Sonya, 35 year old mom to two wonderful little boys. Last year I was at 15% bodyfat, 127 pounds, and 6 weeks out from competing in my first figure competition when my youngest son was diagnosed with autism. THat completely derailed my plans, as I was immediately swept into a mix of ongoing specialists appointments that has not yet abated. Adding a full time job, school, and a part time job into the mix has left me with a life so full that I have little time to cook my lunches, much less fit in gym time.

All this combined leaves me very unmotivated. So, I'm here looking for support and stories of other moms who manage even with super crowded schedules to egg me on.

Hello Sonya...I can totally relate to your situation..I was single, running, in shape and met Mr RIght who was a widow with 2 kids..A 3y'o with Down Syndrome and OCD..Life was easy, until I had a baby(now 4)--and she is now 10 and my life is completely upside down...Welcome to our chat group...PM if U like..
