Hi there! I thought I would introduce myself as I have just joined. I am soon to be 35 (how did that happen???) mom to a beautiful little boy, and hoping for another this year. I have been dealing with weight issues for some time, and am hoping to find some support, as well as maybe give some Anyway, looking forward to getting to know you all!

Just dropping in to quickly say to another Nova Scotian although I am 'from away' (originally from Ontario -- how's that for a move in a different direction). Also not a '30-something' . . . unless you can count 30-33 as 30-something . . .
