Lunch
3 oz Roast Beef----------4.5

Subtotal = 14 + 7.5 = 21.5

Snack

Exercise - 20 minutes of Pilates & other floor exercises

How I felt about the day -- Pretty good. I controlled my afternoon urge for junk food with an apple & a small handful of popcorn.
