I haven't exercised in a week as I had the flu. I plan on doing some cardio this afternoon now that I am feeling better.

Thanks Narnia! aww sorry to hear you had the flu. thats really good that you rested, as you're not meant to exercise when your sick, your body needs lots of rest to fight off the virus.
Today I did some Blue Team Challenges/Dares and got an awesome workout!!!!!
First I cleaned my house as fast as I could for 10 minutes, then:
Jogged/Walked in place for 10 minutes
20 Jumping jacks
20 Crunches
Jumped rope 100 times (PHEW) Inhaler used at this point...
3 sets of 15 Shoulder backs
3 sets of 12 Forward Arm Raises
Steps ups for 10 minutes w/2 lb weights doing bi-ceps curls at the same time.
3x of 12 Tri-cep kickbacks
6x of 12 Hammer curls
6x of 10 Lateral Raises
2x of 10 Dry Land swimming
3x of 10 Supermans
Altogether not including the cleaning was 30 minutes!!!! I sweated my butt off!!!!
I'm in, too, though I tend to keep it all in a single post. Something about seeing it all accumulate & add up like a really long grocery store receipt makes me feel good. Also it makes me not want to "break the chain." Though I know that it will be difficult to exercise every single day in November, as I've done in September and October, because I'll be doing some traveling this month, I really hope to keep moving. No remorse in January!!!

Nov. 9: One hour bike, abs work. Another late night at work & me feeling harried, as I always do before going on a trip. But I made myself go to the gym anyway.
Nov. 10: One hour elliptical, weights
Nov. 11: One hour bike, abs work. My doctor weighed me & said I had gained seven pounds since September. I really had to pee & had been holding it in case he needed a sample, so maybe it was more like six. But still. I must examine my eating habits & my daily intake, as I have not missed a day of exercise since my last appointment with him, and in fact, have stepped up weights & mat work on my abs considerably.
Nov. 12: One hour elliptical. Flew to LA.
Nov. 13: One hour elliptical, weights at gym at friend's apartment bldg in Culver City
Nov. 14: One hour bike, abs work, again at gym at friend's place
Nov. 15: No exercise. :-( Up late after wedding the night before, flew all day from LA to NY.
Nov. 16: One hour elliptical, Pilates class
Nov. 17: One hour elliptical, weights
Nov. 18: One hour bike, weights. The gym at the office suddenly has new faces. Why all at once, I wonder?
Nov. 19: One hour bike, abs work. More new faces at the gym. Compensating for Thanksgiving already?
Nov. 20: One hour elliptical, weights
Nov. 21: One hour elliptical, Pilates class
Nov. 22: One hour swimming class, weights
Nov. 23: One hour bike, abs work. Gym empty again.
Nov. 24: One hour elliptical, weights
Nov. 25: One hour bike, abs work. Gym desolate
Thanksgiving Day: One hour elliptical, weights. Many of us rats at the gym at its 8 AM opening.
Nov. 27: One hour bike, 15 minutes rowing, abs work
Nov. 28: One hour elliptical, weights
Nov. 29: One hour bike, 15 minutes rowing
Nov. 30: One hour elliptical, weights, 30 minutes swimming at gym at Turning Stone casino

Saef, i think thats a great idea having it all in one post! i might do the same!!
Starting with 3 miles today....going to set my goal low as I will be getting a double hernia operation next week and will be out of action for a while...so since I don't really know for sure I will say...
Well I joined curves today was my third day...i plan to continue 3-5xms per week. I go with my mom which is a great encouragement. I enjoy it alot it's only ladie so i feel comfortable and it's something i can stick to. My goal for November is to be consistant in attendance, weekly weigh in and continue to follow my eating regime 6 smalls meals a day so far so good first week 5 lbs off.....
By November 30th I have strict goal of dropping 20lbs
I'm also using alli which does keep me accountable and so far works wonders
I just got in 25 minutes of interval training on the treadmill (I actually ENJOYED the part when I ran). I really really really didn't want to go but I made myself and I'm glad I did.

11/7 - no really exercise but I had to go to work to move offices so there was a lot of walking/lifting/etc
